Please get in touch if you are worried about your child or teenager's mental health.

Counselling offers the consistency of a regular time to express and reflect on emotions within the context of a trusting relationship with a calm adult.

My work involves a balance of supporting your child's strengths as well as facing the difficult things together.

Students & Young Adults

I'm not feeling like myself.
I get overwhelmed sometimes.
I'm stressed, but I don't know why.
I can't stop thinking about something.
I'm ok now, but I want to process something from the past.

I just want some time to vent to someone who will stay calm.

▸ Are my problems serious enough for counselling?

All of the statements above are valid reasons to try counselling. You don't have to be experiencing a certain level of distress to benefit from counselling. Life is hard sometimes, and everyone is welcome.

What if I start and I don't like it?

Coming to counselling should be your choice. After an initial meeting, there is no obligation to continue if something does not feel right for you.
