Benefits of Counselling

Counselling offers the consistency of a regular time to feel, express and reflect on emotions within the context of a trusting relationship with a calm adult. I believe that all children and young people deserve to feel heard. My work involves a balance of supporting the positives and facing the difficult things together. Building emotional health through childhood, adolescence and early adulthood can help provide the foundation for long-term wellbeing.
