Approach
Individually Tailored
Integrative therapy draws on various approaches to tailor therapy to the individual. My approach is informed by humanistic, creative, developmental and neuroscience research.
Developmentally Appropriate
My background and training are specifically in working therapeutically with children and young people.
Neurodiversity-Affirmative
Experienced and passionate about working with neurodivergent individuals (incl. autism, ADHD, dyslexia, dyspraxia). I strive to understand and accommodate diverse ways of being, communicating and engaging with therapy.
LGBTQ+ Friendly
Positively welcoming all sexualities and gender identities. I affirm how you self-identity, and I stand against any form of conversion practice.
Creative Arts
Encouraging creativity to support expression: drawing and painting welcome,
but even if you are not 'arty,' we may play with
metaphors, images, songs, memes or anything creative.
Compassion
Influenced by a personal background of mindfulness,
I bring curiosity and compassion to therapy.
